I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in April and I must say, the experience exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service I received during a bout of sickness. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and they promptly brought me any thing I required, they also helped me to reach a hospital when I ask for it, and even shortened my stay without any additional charges, they only charged the days i stayed in. This level of compassion and understanding is truly rare these days, and it made all the difference in my overall stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free getaway. If you're considering a stay here, rest assured you're in good hands. The staff's willingness to go the extra mile for their guests is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The location is fantastic. Sheltered all the way to Central world, Big C and Platinum mall etc. all within walking distance. The breakfast spread was good. They serve very good green curry, red curry and noodle soup during breakfast. A wide selection of juices and fresh fruits. Also you can have eggs in various style just need to ask and they will oblige. Chef Eiam is so friendly and is very customer focused. Thumbs up to him and his team of chefs.

Location of the hotel was great because it is next to the Chitlom station, and is connected to the Ratchaprasong Skywalk. The skywalk is connected to the CentralWorld mall, and it also linked all the way to Siam Paragon, hence no need to walk at the street level with the heat and the traffic smog. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a higher floor (thank you to the Team). Breakfast spread was not too bad, but it would have been nice to see a rotation in menu (we had breakfast there for 4 days). The staff were attentive. We had a leaky taps in the bathroom, and they were able to fix the issue (by changing all the taps) very quickly.

We stayed at the (excellent) Club Level and were very well looked after by the Club Lounge Team. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were extremely freindly and effective without being intrusive. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the property also offers a beautiful indoor pool plus spa and gym. Food and drink at the club lounge were very varied and of excellent quality.

I had a wonderful experience at the Renaissance Hotel Bangkok. The location is perfect close to everything yet very quiet. The front desk service was exceptional! A special thanks to the amazing staff members Tiger, Famons, and May they were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Bangkok again!
